JULIA FOY

RN, LMT

Life is full of the unexpected. We are often caught off-guard, and when things happen it often feels like we’re going through it alone. You need someone strong who can have difficult and honest conversations.

Transitions are a universal part of life. It can look like a new beginning, growing, changing, healing, and ending are difficult but universal parts of our lives. Everyone experiences these phases throughout life. Sometimes it helps to have assistance from people who have been with others through their transitions. This is why it’s wise to work with Julia.

Julia Foy is a registered nurse, massage therapist, health coach, and end of life advocate who has a decade of clinical experience helping people navigate the challenges of health crises and life transitions. She has trained in multiple disciplines to specialize in helping people move through their most difficult experiences with grace and self-compassion.

Working in healthcare I have had the opportunity to bear witness to some of the most meaningful and transformational moments in a person’s life. From my time working as a midwife assistant to serving as a critical care nurse during a pandemic, I have been blessed to not only witness but provide support, direct care, and guidance during the first and last moments of a person’s life.

Although my resume may seem a bit nonlinear, I feel like each role I’ve adopted has built upon the last and uniquely prepared me to provide services that span the entirety of the human experience.

I put my whole heart into helping my clients achieve their goals and care deeply about your satisfaction. I recognize that life happens outside of fixed timelines and rigid constructs, and aim to give you control over the circumstances of your life and death.
